Mecha/Orga is the project of Greek sound artist and performer Yiorgis Sakellariou and was initialized in early 2003 when he began composing music on a computer. As Mecha/Orga he has released a number of albums and presented his work internationally in more than 80 concerts.

Yiorgis Sakellariou is a member of the Center for Contemporary Music Research in Athens (founded by Iannis Xenakis in 1986), the Hellenic Electroacoustic Music Composers Association and also a participant in the NYC based Ear to the Earth organization.

In October 2004, he launched the CD-R label 'Echomusic'. So far, there have been 18 releases of Greek and international artists.
