Loup Uberto
French sound artist, vocalist and luthier born in 1990, Loup Uberto acts in the vast international circle of improvised music and singular phonic experiences, notably supported by the European platform Shape, by Murailles Music, the collective Le Saule and the Vaudois label Three:four Records.
Oscillating at the frontiers of documentary, photography, installation and performance, he founded the group Bégayer and conducted numerous sound and literary maps, testimonies of 'raw' Cuban music, Kurdish songs from Syria , from the struggles of the Tunisian mining basin to the peasant melodies of the Italian Piedmont, to the uprooted tales of the exiles encountered in the squats and slums of France.
