Alice Hui-Sheng Chang is a sound improvisor, experimental vocalist, and experiential arts therapist from Taiwan. During her residency, Alice has recorded various in-site performances, and composed a series of works based on Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland”: poetic scores drawing from Alice’s experience of displacement, hallucinaton, and transformation. It is a reflection on how thinking frameworks shift with immediate context, influenced by language and social structures.
