Second Sundays #62: Catherine Plenevaux
14/09/2025 - 17h (doors 16h30) - free

Catherine Plenevaux founded Les Disques Lexi in 2008, a 7-inch label focused on the Brussels DIY scene and beyond. Over the past 17 years, she has released singles with Benjamin Franklin, Disposicion Asoleada, Emmanuel Holterbach, Céline Gillain, Aymeric de Tapol, and more recently with Roger 3000 & Laurent Baudoux, Charlene Darling or Sagat. She currently hosts the monthly show The Lost Slot on Kiosk and until recently collaborated with LYL radio for No Man is an Island. A familiar face in local venues, she has also co-organised numerous concerts and parties in the city, from the late 1990s (Pousse-Disques) to more recently (Gabjinnyeon at VIP).

In this 62th Second Sundays listening session, Catherine will present a fine selection of 7-inch records in resonance with her label and Q-O2.

Cocktail of the Month: Kriek’s amendment (Thanks to Luca Panagiotis/Lord Byron for the secret recipe!)

Second Sundays is a monthly series initiated by Q-O2. Each session a new guest is invited to share an insight into their own listening, playing and speaking about a selection of sound and music that is important to their thinking or practice. The sessions try to put value on listening to recorded music in a social setting as a space for discussion.
