V.Squad! is a Brussels-based quintet consisting of saxophone, guitar, percussion, accordeon and tuba, founded by students of the advanced master program in contemporary music at the School of Arts in Ghent (under the supervision of Ictus and Spectra Ensemble). The ensemble is always looking for new ways to combine the interesting colors and qualities of these various instruments, which has led to fruitful collaborations with composers such as Adrian Artacho, Julian Gamisch, Jelle Verstraten, Yigit Ozatalay and Heather Frasch.
