Leen De Graeve is a writer, theatre maker, actress and researcher. She studied Linguistics and Literature as well as Theatre Studies at the University of Antwerp and Drama/Directing at Rits - School of Arts in Brussels. With the theatre collective zie!duif she became Theater aan Zee laureate in 2008. She was finalist of Frappant TXT on Stage (Antwerp) in 2010 and two years later she made her debut with De Revisor (Querido, Amsterdam). Her artistic work often relates to gender.
