Johan Bossers
As a pianist, Johan Bossers specialized in contemporary music. He received the First Prize in the International Orpheus Competition for Contemporary Music in 1987 and became assistant to his teachers Frédéric Gevers and Levente Kende at the Royal Conservatory in Antwerp. Johan Bossers has been co-founder of Champd'Action. He regularly plays in contemporary music ensembles, orchestras or experimental music groups. In addition, he created several productions and recordings of works by e.g. Giacinto Scelsis or Stefan Wolpe.
