After online and nomadic editions, the festival takes on a mainly sedentary form: this year&#8217;s edition is hosted by Needcompany and HISK in Molenbeek. The line-up breakdown and ticket sale are online via the <a href=\"https:\/\/oscillation-festival.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">festival website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This year, we reflect on the notion of time. Time fas\u00adci\u00adnates because of its per\u00adva\u00adsive\u00adness: there is no way to think around it. As with any\u00adthing so ubiq\u00adui\u00adt\u00adous, an assump\u00adtion of time as nat\u00adur\u00adal and non-nego\u00adtiable is quick\u00adly made, but con\u00adcepts of time are con\u00adstruc\u00adtions, and those con\u00adstruc\u00adtions depend strong\u00adly on social and tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal real\u00adi\u00adties. Sound and music offer a space where aspects of this oth\u00ader\u00adwise elusive mat\u00adter can be made tan\u00adgi\u00adble, where we can exper\u00adi\u00adment with its many facets and pos\u00adsi\u00adble approach\u00ades.<\/p>\n<p>The four days of Oscillation 2023 will pro\u00adpose dif\u00adfer\u00adent set\u00adtings to explore these con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtions.
