SRTN aka Sebastián Ramón Tapia Núñez aka Funcionario Publico. Dedicated to music, noise, production and diffusion of experimental sound practices. Coordinator of ratasordarec.cl and chercanradio.org. His artistic work circulates between free improvisation, electroacoustic music, sound art, incidental music, noise, diy, among other practices. Active since 2008. He has participated in various festivals, tours and meetings of experimental music in Chile and abroad. In parallel, he works in recording, editing and audio post-production. He also organises cultural activities related to experimental music.
