Ines Marita Schaerer holds an MA in Art Practice from the DAI, Dutch Art Institute (2019), and have joined programmes such as Sound Arguments at the Orpheus Institute in Ghent (2025). They have completed residencies at, among others, the Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris (2024), Dampfzentrale Bern (2024), Morpho, Antwerp (2023), and Overtoon, Brussels (2021). They have participated in group exhibitions including the Biennale Bregaglia Bondo (2024), Open Studios organized by the Centre Culturel Suisse, Paris (2024), Seasonal Neighbours at Z33, Hasselt (2022), and Stadtgalerie Bern (2017). They are part of the collective Withing and have collaborated, among others, with Caroline Profanter, SRTN, and Francesco Fonassi.
