Irwin Barbé works with a variety of media, including photography, video and sound. His works explore some of the links between man and nature, the quest for transcendant moments and the perceptive shifts that can occur during those experiences. In his sound works, through the use of of basic electronic devices and treatments, he focuses on creating illusions to conjure the imagination realms.
