Eliane Radigue
Eliane Radigue (Paris) studied classical harp and piano, and electroacoustic music techniques at the same time. Her music, its source an Arp synthesizer and Tibetan Buddhism, attracted considerable attention for its sensitive, dappled purity. Very recently, in response to the demands of musicians worldwide, she has begun creating works for specific performers and instruments together with electronics. The most recently of these is 'Naldjorlak' for the American cellist Charles Curtis.~ Manu Holterbach on Eliane Radigue
