I am an interdisciplinary artist and performer. My work takes an obligatory view on geography’s historical roots, explored in its relation to audio culture, rituals, nature-society, and territory. I transform those pieces of information into sound, essays, objects, and transfigure it into a performance.

I will focus on the development and creation of a map for a sound walk, and instigate other activities in which sound is a medium to connect with the community. I started to explore the relationship between ecological sound and the human community in a way that can coincide harmoniously in a participatory activity.  

During the residency, I would like to do further exploration of participatory activities such as sound walking and mapping, field recordings, and game, which can be a bridge to get a group of people together. I am also interested in how to organize deep listening as a group. I find it an essential practice that promotes awareness of sound around us, listening with attention to humans, non-human, or in-between in order to open up a state of being.
